This standard delivers assessment criteria for the technical quality of building services. It describes its application for the planning, construction, and operation of the TGA. In addition, this standard provides information on the documentation of the technical building services. The building owner (client) receives information on which requirements must be met with regard to the planning services and the specifications in order to obtain a technically and economically optimal building. This standard is aimed, among others, at those responsible for architectural planning, specialist planning, plant construction, building owners, operation, use, facility management, operational services, investment and of buildings and technical building systems.
