The current megatrends of decarbonisation, digitalisation, and internationalisation have a tremendous effect on the competences that will be required by future engineers. Higher Education Institutions, companies, CPD providers, engineering associations and individual engineers are faced with the need to react to this challenge.
This event will address the following questions: What are the competences that future engineers will require? How can future needs be predicted? How can the changed requirements find their way into engineering education and CPD measures?
"Engineers For Europe" (E4E) is an Erasmus+ project co-financed by the Euroean Commission. At its core is the development of a European mechanism to address the above-mentioned questions. This multiplier event offers the opportunity to gain fresh insights into the topic and discuss and network with experts from the different stakeholder groups involved.
This international event will be completely in English.
During the event, photos will be taken by VDI for the purpose of marketing and PR of the event and the topics.
