This standard defines the modelling rules for the aspects of alarm and event handling for process PEAs according to VDI/VDE/NAMUR 2658 Part 1 and Part 6. This includes the description of the alarm structure of a PEA, as well as the dynamic objects for visualisation of the alarms and events. Target groups of this standard are: module vendor, tool vendor, and module integrator.
