The expert recommendation describes the situation in the application of the lean construction method as a whole and in various relationship levels between clients and contractors, both in the contract award and in the execution phase. It gives indications of what must and should be paid attention to in different constellations and in different project phases. In addition, it shows examples of how problems can be dealt with in practice in frequently occurring case constellations. With its references, assessment, and evaluation criteria, the expert recommendation provides decision-making aids and forms a basis for well-founded action in the relevant context.
