Abstract

The standard is a guide to action for design, construction, acceptance and operation of plants for hygienic safe processing and aseptic filling of microbiologically sensitive beverages and flavored milk, without the addition of preservatives and cold sterilisation agents and without measures to germ deactivation. The standard nominates factors which can influence the test result of sterilisation tests and defines them where it is possible.
