The guideline serves the planning for the electric installation/building automation in residential buildings. It offers solution attempts for different objectives like security, accessibility, energy or comfort, individual planning is also supported. It describes assistance functions in three levels and leads with it to a uniform linguistic regulation in the building automation of residential buildings.
